Type and purpose of processing:

If you access our website, that is, if you do not register or otherwise provide information, data of a general nature is automatically recorded. The information you provide will be saved in order to communicate with you individually. It is therefore necessary to provide a valid email address as well as your name in the contact form. This information helps us to assign your inquiry to the appropriate person and to respond to your questions. Providing additional information is optional.

When using the chat function, the amount of personal information you give is at your discretion. You’re welcome to provide your name or other details, but it’s up to you.

Legal Basis:

The processing of the information provided in the contact form takes place with your consent, a pre-contractual or contractual arrangement or in accordance with an authorized interest from the responsible parties (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a), b) or f) DSGVO).

With the contact form and chat function, we hope to provide you with straightforward and simple ways to contact us. Your message will be saved both to process your inquiry and deal with any follow-up questions.


Recipients of the information are, if necessary, data processors with whom an order processing contract in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO has been made.

Storage Period:

Google reCAPTCHA

This site uses Google reCAPTCHA ("reCAPTCHA") provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland ("Google").

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. On some of our websites, we embed YouTube videos. The respective plug-ins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereafter "YouTube"). When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, it will connect to YouTube's servers. It tells YouTube which pages you visit. Social plugins


Type and purpose of processing:

Our websites use the social plugins of the providers listed below. The plugins can be recognized by the fact that they are marked with the appropriate logo.

We prevent the unintentıonal and unwanted collection and transmission of data to the service provider through a 2-click solution. To activate a desired social plugin, it must first be activated by clicking on the corresponding button.
